Modern War Horse

Washington DC: The lights were burning late at the White House as a small group of Obama administration policy makers formulated what to do about the Middle East Muslim riots and to insure the safety of US embassies in the region.

A White House staffer leaked a plan to the media called "Rally Round the Commander in Chief" that would create an October surprise to improve the US economy and cause the Democrat's to win the November 2012 presidential election.

A foreign policy decision was made by President Obama at 2:30AM without any ensuing apology. A 21st Century Crusade to capture Ayman al-Zawahiri, Al-Qaeda's new leader, would be initiated as President Obama has already taken credit for getting Osama bin Laden in Pakistan. Secretary of State Clinton was not thrilled about receiving a call at 3:00AM from President Obama asking her to convince the Europeans to participate and suggest the possibility of taking care of the Iranians at the same time.

President Obama's plan is for the US Armed Services to utilize 9,000 M1A1 Abrams main battle tanks and ground troops outfitted for desert warfare, supported by several B1/B2 bombers, 12 aircraft carriers and 30 submarines to invade the 20 Arab nations currently experiencing riots. The president has designated VP Joseph Biden, with the title Sir Knight, to manage this 21st Century crusade to eliminate only Islamic terrorists.

The President sent Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to ask House and Senate Republicans to join with the president in a bipartisan spirit, as it will all be over by Christmas! They refused, trying to keep a straight face.

Secretary of State Clinton called Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, but no one in Israel is answering the phones!
