Washington DC: The National Hurricane Center indicates that Tropical Storm Debby formed in Hollywood Florida in 2011 and subsequently red storm warnings were posted.
The latest forecasts have Debby centered about two miles south-southeast of the Potomac River and being tracked moving slowly further left. The storm initially had top winds of 50 miles per hour, but was expected to lose strength and fizzle in the next 19 weeks as the prevailing winds turn to the right.
Tropical Storm Debby threatens to inundate at least two houses, one on Capitol Hill and a big white one on Pennsylvania Avenue possibly forcing the evacuation of many of the current liberal residents.
The National Hurricane Center compares Debby to a similar tropical storm that occurred in 2010, which became a tropical depression when it inundated a house on Capitol Hill forcing the evacuation of many liberal residents.
