US officials are citing Pakistan as being responsible for unleashing the "Zombie" virus that has so far infected over 500 people, the first case being reported in Miami four weeks ago.
Originally it was the thought the virus could have originated in Nigeria, after a visitor from that country came into contact with two of the earlier victims, however, it now seems as attention is now turning to Pakistan in what some in Government are calling "an act of war."
It is believed that Pakistani scientists had been working on the virus for years. It is possible that the virus was released via air droplets and breathed in by troops serving in Afghanistan, who then, on their return home, spread the virus.
Symptoms include increased strength and energy, a hunger for human flesh, growling and a runny nose.
Pakistan is denying they are responsible for unleashing the virus and pin the blame firmly on Nigeria, claiming that the Nigerian Government should have reported the meteorite that landed in that country months ago contained alien bacteria.
Meanwhile many are predicting that, if the current virus continues to mutate at the rate it is currently experiencing, by August, nearly 1 in 5 Americans will be a drooling disease filled zombie.
