Brad Pitt has come to the defense of a Catholic nun named Norma Giannini with the consent of his girlfriend Angelina Jolie.
Norma Giannini is the nun who is accused of engaging in 200 sex acts while working as the head of a convent.
While Pitt addressed the media on the subject, his girlfriend Jolie sat next to him and held his hand to support him. In his speech to the press he argued that the Catholic church made unreasonable assumptions that nuns are not human beings who are driven by the desire to breed.
Pitt is a champion for the "No Celibacy Movement" that is demanding that the Catholic church get rid of it's celibacy rules, so that nuns can get married while they live in convents and work for the church.
"I think that nuns are being tortured mentally when they are forced to be celibate. They are not allowed to enjoy sex with members of the opposite sex and this puts them in a stressful situation. They should also be allowed to experience motherhood. It's an atrocity equal to the Nazi atrocities committed during world war two. Nuns are forced into homosexuality and pedophilia because celibacy doesn't allow them to vent their uncontrollable sexual desires in a normal heterosexual relationship with husbands. Celibacy is a disgusting and bizarre way of life that only leads to the death of a race and to the destruction of individual women." said Angelina Jolie.
Jolie also referred to her own painful, lesbian lifestyle which her ex-husband forced her to engage in. She said if she had to live her life over again she would definitely change it.
