image for Food Poisoning Reported at White House Dinner Party
"Anybody Got Any Alka-Seltzer?"

Washington DC: Emergency medical technicians (EMTs) from the George Washington University (GWU) Hospital were called to the White House dining room to treat several individuals for food poisoning. President Obama and the First Lady were not taken ill, as they only eat vegetables grown in Michelle's garden.

The GWU EMTs treated four unrelated people invited to the White House for dinner, who had gotten ill during the meal, by pumping out their stomach contents. The dinner guests had won a contest sponsored by the Democratic Party. A contribution of $3.00 to the Obama reelection campaign entitled the donors to participate in a drawing, where the lucky winner's prize was dinner with Barack and Michelle.

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney indicated that he had gone out earlier to a local fast food restaurant on Pennsylvania Avenue to procure several boxes of fried chicken, a dozen double cheeseburgers (including fries and onion rings) and several liters of diet soft drinks.

Mr. Carney then added that the president usually attends $100,000 a plate Democratic Party campaign fund raisers, so what kind of food can you expect for $3.00? Medical expenses for the afflicted diners will be fully covered by ObamaCare. The unidentified fast food restaurant can expect an immediate visit from Food and Drug Administration (FDA) inspectors!
