SOUTH CAROLINA - Responding to the increasingly vicious campaign ads depicting Mitt Romney as a raving, no-conscience capitalist who bought and sold businesses with absolutely no regard for the employees who Romney described as, "lying union thugs who complained about the lack of toilets, even after they stole them from their mountings and re-installed them in their duck-hunting blinds," Mr. Romney referred to his rival as, "a bitter para-dyspeptic, neo anti-capitalist, leftist-leaning Commie fruitcake."
Quite a mouthful, to be sure. But as Mitt Romney separates himself from the whimpering pack of running dogs who are looking up his bunghole as he distances himself from them, would-be hopefuls such as Gingrich, Santorum, Perry, and the libertarian, Ron Paul, are turning up the heat on Romney.
Gingrich, originally "Mr. Nice Guy" in the first few debates, has found out the hard way that his fellow contenders didn't appreciate his conciliatory gestures. Although smiling as he attacked the likes of liberal hacks, Diane Sawyer and George Stephanopulus, for their insipid, media biased questions, they returned the favor by attacking him in Iowa.
Now that Newt has a pocket full of money and revenge as his motive, you can expect the sparks to fly in South Carolina.
