New York, NY--Kermit the Frog made a rare prime time appearance on The O'Reilly Factor to defend the new Muppets movie.
Kermit the Frog did get a little beligerent went O'Reilly called the movie a weak attempt at class warfare.
"You F@$king idiots on the right apparently never read anything by Charles Dickens, because he constantly talked about the rich doing evil things, and we are just following in his tradition." Kermit the Frog told O'Reilly.
O'Reilly seemed shocked by what Kermit the Frog said, but quickly recovered with a lame attempt to mention that he read Charles Dickens in college because liberal professor made him do it, and he begrudgingly wrote papers that were well praised by his college professors.
"I doubt that you got an A in anything," Kermit said. "I would love to see your transcripts that show you got an A in any class where you read a book written by Charles Dickens."
O'Reilly told Kermit: "I can't show you my transcripts because they are private, how dare you question the honesty of this host."
"I just think that if you are going to claim something you should be able to back it with some proof." Kermit said.
O'Reilly quickly went to commercial break, and when the break was over Kermit was gone. O'Reilly said Kermit had to leave early because of a scheduling conflict, and that he was glad viewers had a chance to see what an source of evil Kermit really was in a pseudo-Christian society that may or may not exploit the poor.
