Homelss Person Letting Down the Country

A leaked letter from the Office of Eric Pickles has announced that Government measures over benefits will leave 40,000 families homeless and will, in the end, cost the Government more than supplying benefits in the first place.

David Cameron has complained that at this time of national peril, with Greece showing us what will happen if we don't cut benefits to all but the very rich, the homeless are letting the country down.

'We need to pull together' he told a meeting of homeless people under Waterloo Bridge in London 'everyone expects homeless people to do their bit for the Big Society.'

Plans devised by George Osborne, Chancellor of the Exchequer, to encourage donations for homeless people, have come under fire from Tory Backbenchers who argue that the Government is getting soft on homeless people who should learn to pull their own socks up.

Gravediggers on Hackney Marshes have been put on standby for a sudden influx of bodies.

Make j.w.'s day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
