Artificial Satellites and Space Debris: Current Orbital Distribution and Monitoring Activities Division of the Upper Denture Satellite and Listening Unit Institute have this morning recorded what can only be termed as 'Manic Laughter' in Outer Space.
The Manic Laughter was heard half way between Mercury and Mars, and was moving away from our universe at a great speed. It was only heard for a few seconds as it sped away out of reach of monitoring devices.
The Institutes unpaid director, former security guard Inchcock Deadwood, claimed:
"It is obvious that some aliens had visited earth to monitor our lifestyle and any dangers we may cause to them if we do carry on developing space travel. We believe they landed through Star Trek like transporter methods, fortunately they re-materialised in the Houses of Parliament during Prime Ministers Question time, and came to the conclusion we were of no danger to their species."
This coincides with the report of Ed Miliband, and Kenneth Clarke both being awake in the House for the full period of the question time session, never been know before!
