Pop legend Kylie Minogue has become a new gay icon after launching her gloriously 'camp' Aphrodite tour which features scantily clad men dressed like peacocks with feathers coming out of their 'derrieres'.
By popular request from gay men a new 'Kylie Barbie' will soon be available in the shops and when you shake her hand the doll will spin around and sing 'I can't get you out of my head'.
Sisters Danni and Kylie are going to feature in an animated cartoon where the sisters are trapped on a desert island with Simon Cowell and Charlie Sheen. It will be interesting which Minogue sister ends up with which pompous celebrity male.
Kylie Minogue has embarked on an "Aphrodite' Greek inspired new world tour. In her new show the pop diva is dressed in fabulous Dolce Gabbana costumes which cost £10 million.
The diminutive little singer is dressed in a fantastic gold shell dress which is inspired by Botticelli's painting of Aphrodite emerging from the water. It is an over the top display of extravagance and it is one of the most lavish stage-shows ever.
Her backing singers are also arrayed in scanty gold costumes and carry Kylie onto the stage in a gold carriage.
The likeable singer rehashes all her big hits like 'Spinning Around' and 'I should be so lucky'. For £750 you can buy a ticket and 'meet and greet' the star backstage and have a free glass of champagne, isn't life grand?
