London - (Subprime): He famously shelled out £10 million two years ago for the bijou neo-Georgian pile in Hampstead Garden Suburb.

Last year Libyan dictator's son Saif al-Islam Gaddafi turned down a 'derisory' offer of £7.5 million and blamed 'that Lockerbie business' for blighting his gaff.

Today Gaddafi vowed to wage an uncivil war on local property whores - er...estate agents! - as fellow compatriots rioted back home.

The house once featured in Kirsty & Phil's Relocation Relocation where its sumptuous suede-lined ballroom was likened to a Las Vegas cat house.

In January North London squatters rejected it down in favor of the Sultan of Brunei's nearby Highgate pad, blaming a past sell-by interior by Kelly Hoppen for the lack of interest.

The eight bedroom house is now available for rent at £10,000 a week.
