Harry Nips of the Met Office tells us that there is an high likelihood of next summer being one of the hottest in living memory.
Figures from the World Meteorological Organisation highlighted freak warm weather conditions worldwide in 2010 - with summer temperatures in Moscow 7.6C above average.
Harry comments, "I'm looking at temperatures maintaining in the high 30's for considerable lengths of time, maybe three months or more. It's something that us Brits just aren't used to."
When pressed further Harry added, "Of course, the UK will have the same dreary old summer, but what I'm talking about is in the Mediterranean. Best book those Easyjet flights now and save yourselves some money."
