The BBC have axed Alan Sugar from the apprentice following complaints he wasn't putting in enough hours, was walking around as though he owned the gaff and was sacking staff without following correct procedures.
It is claimed that Alan was barely seen around the joint, and Brady and Hewer had complained to the Beeb that he was getting 10 times as much money as they were and they were doing 100 times the amount of work that he was.
They said he was also getting too big for his boots, initially getting people to call him "Sir Alan" and then upon deciding that wasn't righteous enough has more recently been demanding to be called "Lord Sugar"
UK body acas has also been called in to decipher if Sugar can be prosecuted for unfair dismissal as he has been sacking employees without following the company dismissal process of warnings, training and performance management.
Sugar is appealing saying it is the Beebs editing of the programme that makes it look like his doesn't do anything apart form fire people.
Katie Perry and Nicole Sherzinger are set to stand in as Sugars replacement until a permanent fixture is put in place
