The marriage between Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles has been revealed as unconstitutional. Legal advice which Jack Straw tried to cover up has been leaked to The Spoof's Royal correspondent, Morse.
Under the Marriage Act of 1836 and the later Marriage Act of 1949 members of the Royal family were forbidden from marrying in a Registry Office. Further, the 1968 Ugly Old Heifer Act forbade any male heir from marrying a woman who looked like an old heifer.
Jack Straw, Minister for Government Cover-Ups said "I have prevented information on this subject from coming into the public domain for two reasons. Firstly, I don't think anyone is interested. Secondly, I'm such a creep and I want a place in the House of Lords and maybe a nice castle when I retire."
This is not the first Royal marriage to be tainted with such allegations. The Queen got married swinging from a hammock whilst Princess Anne has twice been married wearing a Nazi storm trooper's outfit.
