Prince William's Invisible Girlfriend Poses By A Beach In Dover

London, England - Prince William has asked his imaginary girlfriend to be his bride and they have set the date of June 5th for the nuptials. The prince has been dating the invisible girl for over two years, ever since his break-up with Kate Middleton.

Prince William made the announcement to the press last night in Buckingham Palace with all the Royals in attendance for the surreal event. Queen Elizabeth looked gray and defeated, as Prince William introduced his invisible girlfriend to the world. Prince Harry's face turned bright red as he stood next to his brother and choked back laughter. Prince Charles squirmed in the background and muttered something about "the bloody Stuart genes" as Prince William rambled on about his invisible friend in front of the press.

The love-sick prince noted his invisible girlfriend "stole his heart" while he was still dating Kate Middleton. The relationship eventually led to their break-up. Kate Middleton begged Prince William to seek psychiatric care, but it was no use.

After the wedding announcement to the press was over, Prince William kissed his imaginary girlfriend on the lips. The Royals crowded around Prince William and pretended they could see the invisible girl too. They kissed the air next to Prince William and tried to pretend that everything was normal. The embarrassing scene went on for ten minutes as the TV cameras kept rolling.

Prince Charles released a statement to the press after the bizarre announcement:

"I love my son very much, and the family is doing everything it can to support him. There is a long history of madness in his mother's family, and now Prince William is suffering too. This is a family matter and we would rather keep this private."
