(OUCH!)

News is just reaching us that a popular UK based news gathering website has been forced to introduce drastic measures to prevent spoof articles from sneaking through the net masquerading as genuine news stories.

From today, all articles submitted to thatstruethatis.co.uk will be filtered using a bullshit detector and electronic virtual lie detector serum (sodium pentothal or something)

Anybody posting false or semi-true news items, speculation, rumour, or plain old gossip will receive a 500 volt shock from their keyboard as they (OUCH!) type out their (OUCH!) articles.

Persistent offenders will receive multiple jolts (OUCH!) and in extreme cases may have their accounts terminated (OUCH!) and receive a fatal electric charge (OUCH!) twice as powerful as that used in the electric chair (OUCH!) which is affectionately known in America as 'Old Spunky' (OUCH!)

The website's administrators assure us that such measures will ensure that only the truth will make it onto the site. (OUCH! OUCH!)

More as we (OUCH!) get it.

Make Skoob1999's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
