image for Met Police Authority dumps Boris, probes links to busted Camden Mayor
The duo once freqwuented notorious IRA drinking hellhole The Duke Of York in Roger-My-Arse Street, WC1

London - (OMG!): Smug peroxide bombshell Boris Johnson remains defiant after being dumped from London's top policing supervision sinecure.

The fast-unravelling Mayor of Camden scandal places Johnson and disgraced Camden Mayor Omar Faruque Ansari in the same rat-infested drinking hellhole used by generations of IRA wackjobs.

Ansari was busted this week for alleged disability benefit fraud.

He and Johnson were once bosom buddies during the ex-Bullingdon Club tosser's editorship of The Spectator magazine.

The publication's offices were located in Camden's Doughty Street, right opposite a notorious IRA drinking dive called the Duke of York in Roger-My-Arse Street.

Five minutes away a Mossad safe house once lodged nuclear explosives meant for the lucrative oil-rich Iranian market.

Officially, Special Branch footage of Johnson and Ansari is inconclusive.

But WC1 locals remain unconvinced.

"It's tenuous, we agree!" Mrs Mavis Scholtenbratwurst commented today.

"But hell. Whatever."

Ken Livingstone is 69.
