image for Fish May Not Be Alzheimer's Answer-But What Was The Question Again?
Not A Cure For Alzheimer's

Scientists today announced that fish may not be the answer to Alzheimer's disease. Fish has a reputation for being a 'brain food', however there is little evidence that it helps ward off Alzheimer's disease.

There is evidence that fish fingers are particularly ineffective. In one study Alzheimer sufferer Dick Phillpot was told that he was going to have fish fingers for his tea. Five minutes later he said "What's for tea?" A short while later the telephone rang. Phillpot was asked to watch the grill. The kitchen burnt down. Phillpot's response? "What's for tea?"

Scientists are yet to find anything that works better than curry. However, many Alzheimer sufferers are elderly. Giving them curry can lead to very unfortunate side effects involving very bad smells.

The final word goes to Dick Phillpot. "What's for tea?"

Make Earl Grey's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
