image for Is Android Young of Oxfordshire PCT actually a Time Lord?
Andrea Young's second home

Androids Last week our intrepid inquirers reported back on their findings that Android Young and Lubja Stikupyerarze of Oxfordshire PCT (Primary Care Trust) had discovered something more important than life or death.

Teapot In a shock new development we can now report that not only have they discovered that budgets are indeed more important than bringing new lives into the world, or preventing people from dying of cancer - but ALSO that they can affect the laws of space and time!

Badger We can exclusively report that our intrepid reporter received contact from Oxfordshire PCT that reveals that they have in fact received communications FROM THE PAST. In this email, which was deemed so important that Android and Lubja gave it to one of their finest minions to despatch, it was stated that all of the information that our reporter had requested, was and always had been, availiable on something they call 'the internet'.

The fact that it hadn't been there the previous week, can only mean one thing. That Oxfordshire PCT had somehow visited the past and made it so. Is Android Young a timelord? We couldn't possibly comment. But perhaps she should be using her newfound powers for good rather than misinformation and go back in time and give IVF treatment to couples when they first found out that they were infertile rather than making them wait for years.

Timelord We shall keep you posted on further shock developments in the Oxfordshire PCT scandal.
