BNP mouthpiece Dick Muffin today caused a row in parliament when he insisted that 'the bustards' should be repatriated to their country of origin because they are not wanted in the UK.
Speaking from his grandmother's apartment in Addis Abbaba, Muffin accused the British government of encouraging the bustards to settle here when they had no proper claim to do so.
The bustards, quite large birds imported from Russia have successfully reared chicks for the first time in 177 years on Salisbury Plain. The feat, roundly applauded by ornithologists has been slammed by the BNP, and Dick Muffin in particular.
Muffin stated that the birds were too large for Britain, accused them of being compulsive liars, and stated that they were so crap that they can barely fly, having to take a run-up with wings flapping like the clappers before they can get airborne.
However, top telly chef, Marco Pierre White welcomed the bustards, saying that they'd probably be really nice, pan fried, with Jersey Royal potatoes and a dressed green salad.
White, who despite his posh sounding monicker was brought up on a council estate in Leeds was last seen packing a rifle into the back of his 4x4 and setting his sat-nav for Salisbury Plain.
More as we get it.
