image for Shagnasty to repay 3p overpaid in change by local Newsagent!
Shagnasty's Face was incapable of hiding his guilt!

City worker & man about town, Teddy Shagnasty has been shamed into returning 3p incorrectly given to him in change by Mr. Khan from the corner shop.

Shagnasty's accounting error was discovered by his long suffering German Girlfriend who found the secret stash in the hip pocket of his boot fit Levi's !

At first Shagnasty tried to deny all knowledge but was betrayed by a receipt for a pint of milk, loaf of Hovis and some fruit pastilles which had been carelessly discarded in one of his back pockets !

German Bird who works at Canary Wharf & has a degree in counting money was able to deduct the amount from the receipt against the "Fiver" that Shagnasty is allowed per day & uncovered the sinister crime!

She confirmed to thespoof.com that she'd contacted the Metropolitan Police at Wapping Nick but they'd told her in no uncertain terms that they "only got involved for amounts over a Pound" & had been shocked to discover that it isn't actually a crime for a man to have money on him!

German Bird told our reporter that "Teddy has promised to repay Mr.Khan in the morning on his way to work", as a punishment German Bird has confiscated his beloved oyster card & forced the "Fat Thieving Monkey" to walk to work.

Mr. Khan refused to comment on reports that there'd been a racist motive in Shagnasty's actions & until now had no recollection of the incident!
