London-PM - An Alaskan pensioner is suing the Chancellor of the Exchequer Alistair Darling for copyright theft, it has been revealed.
The pensioner,believed to be in his 80's filed the lawsuit last Thursday and is being represented by prestigious Alaskan law firm, Igloo Alas in which he alleges that Mr Darling has stolen 'the badger look', of which the copyright is legally registered to the pensioner.
Mr Darling,famous for his white head of hair and jet black eyebrows, is reported to be in a state of shock at the lawsuit and is considering his position.
The pensioner whose identity is not being revealed, claims that he has spent the best part of the last 35 years 'perfecting' his badger look, and claims that it has taken him 14 years to grow his eyebrows and achieve striking similarity with the loveable black and white creature.
The pensioner is even reported to have been earning a living off his striking badger looks over recent years, with many appearances during winter childrens birthday parties in his Alaskan home town.
It is alleged that the pensioner is suing Mr Darling for copyright theft,and loss of earnings.
Noone from Mr Darlings office was available for comment when contact was attempted.
