Australia. Jungle. Not really dangerous... What started out as a bit of a lark between Jungle contestants Timmy Mallet and David VanDay has sent music afficionados buzzing the world over.
Biff Baff Boff is bound to secure the pair a multi-squillion pound recording contract, and from the limited previews which we've heard is on course to become an absolute classic.
'It sounds fantastic even without music or studio production' said Nyles Van Der Grunt, an Amsterdam composer. 'This has the potential to be another Born To Run, or Yesterday, or Unchained Melody. Amazing.'
Steve Muscles, a respected local DJ from the UK added: 'Too right mate. When they release this it'll never be off the airwaves. It's gonna be biff baff boffin brilliant!'
Tetsuo Tedekei, a Japanese music publisher said: 'This is the kind of song which transcends all boundaries, all divides. It will last forever, and in years to come will rate alongside the works of Beethoven, Mozart, the Beatles, and Abba. Most Probably.'
It would appear from international reaction that Messrs Mallet and Van Day can put their feet up for the rest of their lives and live on the billion pound plus royalties that they'll receive annually for a few moments of utterly inspired musically based 'work.'
Not everybody though, greeted the song with equal enthusiasm.
Robert Kilroy-Silk, evicted from the Jungle first, said: 'I hope it bombs. Big time. They're a right pair of ****s.
More as we get it.
