A socialite streaker freezes during a nude winter party

The London Met Office has declared that there is a 73% chance that winter may this year be cold.

According to experts from the weather centre, British winter days tend to be much colder than they are during the summer. They are also predicting that the nights during winter might be longer than those during the summer, and that people should put their clocks back. Or at least put them further back so they don't fall off the ledge.

Many councils are bracing themselves for the cold snap. Road gritters, normally seen on British Roads during the summer, are being recalled to depots just in case the weather makes the drivers feel too cold.

Binty Blond, the weather girl from television, advises the public against sunbathing or swimming in the sea during the winter. However, she does suggest that should you wish to swim or sunbathe, make sure you are warmly dressed and ready for the winter elements.

She has also advised streakers at Football and Rugby matches to increase the public liability insurance on their dangly bits.
