Just Taken A Party Of Drunken Rugby Players to Wapping

An immediate enquiry was launched today after allegations were made that the British Prime Minister was boosting his income by moonlighting as a taxi driver.

It is also suggested that Tony Blair was using a Buckingham Palace Rolls Royce vehicle to take foreign tourists around London and then throw in a guided tour No 10 Downing Street for an extra consideration.

It has been noticed of late, that Mr Blair was looking very shabby and it is thought the cost of providing clothes and food for his large family was taking its toll .

Many other well known public figures have been driven to moonlighting in order to provide that little bit extra for their struggling families.

Prince Philip, the Greek-born husband of the Queen was famously found to be driving a black cab around London when his family was having financial problems.

The shocking discovery of the Prime Minister's shameful black-market activities was made when the Shadow Prime Minister hailed a taxi in Whitehall

After the journey, Mr Howard handed Tony a very small tip and it was only when he launched into a great debate reminiscent of Prime Minister's question time, that his true identity was revealed..

Nobody at the No 10 Downing Street was available for comment, due to urgent family commitments.

Mr Blair was on his East end allotment planting out his winter vegetables whilst his wife, Cherie, was busy with the washing and laundry that she takes in to supplement her income as Queen's Counsellor..

A senior tax inspector commented that his department would vigorously pursue the Prime Minister for the untaxed income he had gained by black-market activities
