Jimmy Saville and Bob the Builder are currently in legal entanglements over who owns the copy-right to two words - Fix and it.
The phrase is important to both of the men, one of whom is a cartoon character beloved of children everywhere, and the other is voiced by Tony from Men Behaving Badly.
Saville, 80, has been fixing it for years, whereas all Bob does is ask Can we Fix it? The story is set to be one of the most costly in legal terms, and will put the legal system under even more scrutiny than it currently is.
Mr Law, a lawyer, acting on behalf of Saville said: 'It is such a shame that such a figure is bought so low. Years ago he did Marathons, but now all he gets is Snickers....... Sorry, just a little joke, and for the sake of balance, I do have to point out that a number of other Chocolate bars exist'
Mr Meanie, acting on behalf of Bob The Builder said: 'Can we fix it? Well, a jury of 12 men straight and true will decide that for us. It really is out of my hands, I am afraid'
