Yorkshire school boy, Adrian Hippleswaite, is to be denied his life long dream of owning his own ears by the Disney Corporation.
Adrian, who was born with no ears, an affliction that affects around one in 7,000 people, is devastated by the news that the makers of such ear inspired classics as 'Steam boat Willy' and 'Dumbo' could be so opposed to his proposed prosthetic lobes.
"I can't believe the people from the magic kingdom can be so cold hearted," he said. "All my life has been a total nightmare, I have never known the joy of being able to wear a brimmed hat. My sunglasses only stay on with Blu-Tack, I have lost literally thousands of pencils and I am sick to death of Nikki Lauda jokes"
Mr Don Duck, Disney insider replied "while we wish young Master Hepplesworth well, its very sad that Disney are being made out to be the bad guys here, it is simply a case of copyright. Disney have the ears and we intend to keeps our hands on them"
Adrian's local MP, Brandon Lugsden, intends to fight the case to the bitter end. He said "we will be demanding a hearing at the European Court for Human Rights!"
