In what many are seeing as an example of Political correctness gone mad, Metropolitan police have introduced charging the dead.
A widow to Robert Jenkins who died last Wednesday and was formally charged by the police the next day, spoke for many when she said "It's political correctness gone mad."
Political correctness gone mad
Mr Jenkins, a 72 year old ex-army officer, was taken into custody at Marlebone police station under new guidelines, where he will be cross examined by specially appointed mediums. Among the questions he will be expected to answer will be willful polluting and failure to recycle himself. It is seen by many to be ironic since Jenkins was himself a passionate opponent of Political Correctness, especially when it had gone mad.
The new guidelines, which require dead bodies to be buried by sunset or face charges including fining and imprisonment, are set to please the green lobby.
