Peter Norton, a cheeky Cockney schoolboy, shocked pop veterans with his news that the ghost of the guitar legend, Jimi Hendrix was haunting his grandad's hearing aid.
His ageing grandad, Justin, was delighted that Hendrix was using him as a vessel to convey his messages from beyond the grave.
‘I'm getting some really groovy sounds,' Justin confessed.
‘It's as though Jimi wants me to pass on his unfinished works.'
‘Last night he gave me this brilliant tune to write down, but ‘Eastenders' was on the tele and so I might have got a few of the details slightly wrong,' he stated.
‘Anyway, it sounded a bit like ‘orange haze' or something like that.
Derek Acora, a top psychic medium commented on the veracity of the story.
‘Pop stars only get the recognition they deserve after they are dead', Derek confirmed.
‘Consequently, they feel the need to share their unfinished work with their fans and it looks as though Jimi Hendrix has chosen Peter Norton's grandad to share his masterpieces with .'
‘The only pity is that Jimi chose such a total waster to pass on his unpublished masterpieces,' he wept, ----------as the wind cried Mary.
