image for Pope John Paul II 'appears' in Diana tunnel vision
Rumors state he's previously made an appearance at her memorial fountain in London

Royal Courts of Justice, London - (Conspiracy Mess): An image of Pope John Paul II has mysteriously appeared in the Pont d'Alma tunnel where Princess Diana met her death.

Jurors at the inquest into the Princess's death viewed pictures taken this weekend showing the wily old pontiff's frame etched on the tunnel walls.

Dressed in robes, slightly hunchbacked and his right hand raised in a classic neo-Nazi two-fingered blessing, the image appeared after jurors visited the 1997 crash scene to gain some perspective on events.

Parisian locals reacted indifferently to the latest twist.

But a Monegasque newspaper rushed to remind readers that a similar pontifical etching appeared on a ravine wall close to Princess Grace of Monaco's car crash death site in 1982.

"Only that time the image was very clearly of Hitler's Pope Pius XII, who was rumored to have once interfered with her during her nascent Hollywood career," said an editorial today.
