image for Overhead Projectors considered 'dangerous'

According to research carried out by the BBC, it seems that overhead Projectors are, in fact, alive and dangerous.

The device that makes teachers' lives a whole lot easier is now being criticised as a 'safety hazard' and 'dangerous'. The conclusion came after several projector units fell down during lessons, and in one occasion, grew a new type of supermosquito, that not only seeks blood but also chews into bone.

Unfortunately, a queen supermosquito escaped and has laid eggs all over the country. Police have cordoned off an area in Devon, placed a massive glass dome around the area and are now calling in top bug experts to examine for supermosquitos.

If you see one of these abominations of nature around your house, bring everyone inside, close all windows and doors, and call the Bugline number. These mosquitos are not hard to miss, as they have blue and yellow stripes, and pink nipples.

They are extremely dangerous, extremely strong, and if you take your safety into your own hands, then it may well kill you. Also, do not buy any overhead projectors in the near future, as it could grow bacteria these supermosquitos thrive on, or disrupt your office meetings by falling down and killing one of your employees / employers.

Make jamsandwich's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
