Genealogists discovered that Gordon Brown, Chancellor of the Exchequera, clergyman's son, molested by a priest, and David Cameron, a stockbroker's son, both had great-grand parents who were Scottish farmers. They also share the same tailor, and both are quite snobbish. That's where the similarities end. however.
Prime Minister Tony Blair will give up his position to Brown this summer to ease Brown's hurt feelings about their breaking up after President George Bush proposed to Tony. Tony is concerned, though, about facing Cameron, who is fighting to bring the party of Winston Churchill and Margaret Thatcher at the next election.
Both have spoken movingly about their personal adversity: Cameron has a son with cerebral palsy and epilepsy, Brown's daughter died after 10 days and one of his two sons has cystic fibrosis. Brown is considering giving his wife cancer in a bid for more sympathy.
Gordon Brown shed a tear as he received a beautiful bouquet of roses from his gay fiance', President George Bush, as he was listening to the Arctic Monkeys on his Ipod. Gordon hopes it shows people his soft side.
