Celebrity Big Brother star Jade Goody is to release her first video documentary on the internet. It covers her recent trip to India where she visited 'the Railway Project', a charity which aims to help the thousands of children forced to scavenge and beg for food and money around the city's streets and railway station platforms. It will appear soon on her currently stalled official website.
Jade introduces the show herself with another grovelling apology, however she quickly moves on to voiceover the footage captured by her media companions on the trip. Explaining the aims and achievements of the project in her famous Bermondsey twang, she comes across well, and is seen mingling with the locals and hugging children in an awesomely non-racist way.
Her finale is addressed direct to camera and contains a passionate plea for support for the charity. The video download will cost £1.00 ($1.99) and every penny earned will go to support the Railway Project. There is also a version made for the Indian market with Hindi subtitles asking wealthy property owners in Delhi and Mumbai to stick their hands in their pockets, hinting that people like 'Princess' Shilpa Shetty could well afford to do so.
On a lighter note the final challenge in 'Jade's PA' is showing on Living TV, Monday 5th March. Jade has to choose between a Black PA and an alternative. Hmmm - wonder who she'll pick.
