image for Young UK citizens cannot afford driving license so they jump on Shank's Pony!
The latest fashion rage in transport! A Shank's Pony!

Many young people in the UK are realising driving cars is not the be all and end all of life, and many older UK citizens are thanking their gods that young people are not driving!

The prices of owning cars, driving license fees has rocketed in the UK and many, more experienced drivers are so grateful because road rage, young Golf GTI drivers sitting on their backsides on the motorways, speeding through town centres, etc, tend to mirror the average, young male drivers skills. Females tend to be less aggressive, but still?

So, instead of jumping into dad's Jag or Ford Escort, depending on one's budget, kids are now jumping on Shank's pony. It's cheaper, healthier, and riding bikes in the UK's larger cities tends to be rather dangerous with white van maniacs and DHL parcel services bombing through the streets.

There is one downside, however, jumping on the back of a Shank's pony, one must offer the pony a carrot, and many young people hate carrots and prefer a burger or two!

Anyway, hordes of youngsters dressed in their latest sneakers have been observed marching through cities claiming who needs a car when I can spend my money on a new smartphone; much more important!
