People (like this guy) up and down the country are shocked by the Mail's change of tack

In what's believed to be a first, reports are reaching us that The Daily Mail has made the unprecedented step of reporting a story about an unmarried lesbian woman in an even-handed way.

Gemma, though let's call her Gemma to protect her identity, and who is from Nottingham, would appear to be down on her luck, having recently lost her job and been evicted from her house as a result. Her 'partner' is currently on invalidity benefit and is unable to work also.

The Mail has shocked its readers by reporting on Gemma's plight without once referring to her as a depraved sicko. Furthermore they have not called her partner a 'benefit scrounger' and most surprisingly of all, they have appealed for readers to come to her aid if they can.

David Cameron is soon to do a 'meet the people tour' in Nottingham and it is believed that The Mail is trying to set up a photo opportunity featuring someone who is hopelessly lost, out of luck, desperate and bereft of ideas with no future and maybe Gemma if she's up for it.

Make Duff's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
