image for Severn Bridge Amnesty - Prisoner Exchange Imminent
Severn Bridge

In a dramatic press release, The Prince of Wales has ordered the release of 202 Scotsmen and 304 Yorkshiremen from the notorious Severn Bridge Toll avoidance prison.

In return, H.R.H. The Duke of Edinburgh will release 501 Welshmen imprisoned at the Forth Bridge Illegal Eisteddfodd Internment Centre.

The £6 Toll fees for travel into Wales are the reason that many people of a miserly disposition like Yorkshiremen and Scotchmen try to smuggle themselves into Wales.

Those caught can be sentenced to stay in Wales for life without hope of release.

To celebrate another year of non-kingship, Charles has agreed to the controversial prisoner exchange.
