image for Brucie's "Strictly" Retirement Halted as Replacement Mickey Rooney Dies
Strictly no host found

Much loved Glitz loving Mickey Rooney has died at 93 after an unparalleled career in Showbiz. Rumours that Brucie's retirement from mainstream Chickfest "Strictly" is now on hold after Alex Ferguson's sulky withdrawal from the running are being denied.

Mr. Rooney, a lifelong fan of the show waa rumoured to have been interested in taking over from Brucie.

The hunt for someone older than old Brucie is said to be continuing nonetheless. In order to dispel ageism accusations, someone older than Brucie has to be found.

Zsa Zsa Gabor and Prince Philip have been asked to do an "Ant and Dec" type double act, but Zsa Zsa has said she has too many important commitments.

Make Auntie Jean's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
