Highgrove, Gloucestershire - A spokesman for the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall has confirmed the couple have completed adoption proceedings for 14 month old baby boy Tyler-Storm. The child was spotted by the couple after a royal visit to Essex in March this year. A palace insider has stated the heavily pregnant 14 year old Canvey Island birth mother is very happy with the arrangement and a local says "She has not been near Cash Converters since Ty went royal, alright for some".
In the tradition of Madonna and Angelina Jolie, it is believed the royal couple have been scouting the globe looking for their perfect baby and it is no surprise they have been seduced by Canvey Island. A Palace insider has said the Duchess is determined the baby will know his culture and he will make regular trips to Essex.
It is understood baby Ty already has many keepsakes - including a 9ct gold sovereign ring - in safe-keeping until he is 5 years old, the traditional coming of age for such adornments in his culture. However, human rights groups are not satisfied and see this development as just another case of the rich 'baby shopping'.
Regardless of the storm, Princes William and Harry have been quick to support the arrival of their baby brother and were spotted in a cafe together openly circling baby items in the Argos catalogue.
The Queen is also said to be ecstatic and has bestowed the title, Tyler-Storm, Duke of Margate on the infant. A close friend said, "Her Majesty has been buying gifts by the truckload for that baby. She looked high and low for baby Reebock classics, now that's a granny in love!".
