A delegation from La Gambia has been showing everyone here at the Thatcherised water authorities how to make a tiny amount of rain last all year. No one in Gambia or most places abroad could understand how it was legally possible to sell water from the skies. The Nation-wide ban on washing up starts tomorrow.
