London, England. Former wartime Prime Minister, Sir Winston Churchill, has been spotted in a souvenir shop in Fort William, northern Scotland. The sighting is a big surprise as Churchill presumably died nearly fifty years ago in his late nineties.

"Oh, it was him. He was in this special wheelchair, and he was smoking that large cigar he always had" said Kevin McDonald, the shop owner. "When i asked him if he was really Churchill, he flashed me the v for victory sign and whispered 'never surrender'." Mr McDonald had no doubt about his identity when Churchill started a rendition of his famous war time speech "we shall fight them on the beaches...".

TV and radio stations are falling over themselves in an attempt to interview the great man however Churchill will not speak unless he receives a tidy seven figure sum.

NB Police have arrested a man and charged him with impersonating a famous prime minister. Incredibly, the individual accosted is none other than former UK PM Gordon Brown.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
