Fried Chicken Franchises (FCF) have apologised to the mother of a toddler after she found cannabis in her child's mouth on one of its premises.
Stacy Rush complained when she discovered her daughter with the drug at the fast food chain's Newbury restaurant in October. Ms. Rush commented, "My first thought was to ground her for not sharing, but then I realised we might get a bit of compensation, or at least a free lunch. I thought I'd also complain about a lump I found in my breast, but they told me it was just a breadcrumb."
Manager Betty Getsmashed told us, "We think her order got mixed up with another customer's. It's not our policy to drug children, and weed doesn't feature in the Children's menu. We think that a regular customer, LaKesha Roach, was in the adjacent queue and had ordered a Lebanese Zonger and White Widow salad and the order was accidentally switched."
The news, however, has been extremely good for business. As this reporter left there was a queue stretching nearly half a mile round the block comprising several hundred stoners with chinese eyes, and a delegation from the local Weight Watchers club.
