The illegal trade in human organs is reportedly set to boom after it was confirmed Welsh families would have no legal right to stop dead relatives' organs being used for transplant if the person had not opted out in advance.

Traders in the highly lucrative market believe those in need of a transplant would much sooner acquire an illegitimate organ from a working class refugee rather than risk the potentially devastating impact of having Welsh body tissue, which is now expected to flood the market, inside them.

Organ seller, Satpal Ramutra, anticipated his chosen line of work would now buck the current economic downturn with the news of the Welsh assembly's proposal.

He told us, 'Most people think that just because someone is desperately in need of a matching organ to maintain their life, that they will accept the first one that comes their way.'

'This is not true.'

'Most patients want to know where its from, what region, you know, like the provenance of a fine wine, especially as most believe that you import a little of the person who was the previous owner of the body part.'

'So in this instance, to learn it may have been seconded from a Welshman could see it rejected at the first hurdle.'

'I mean who wants to risk waking up from your operation to find that you are talking in that ridiculous language of theirs and pronouncing you w's strangely?'

'You might as well be dead.'

Organ seeker, Mary Chase, agreed with the illegal tradesman's opinion.

'Definitely.'

'I'd much rather the organ of a lovely Indian man was inside me.'

'Welshmen are rubbish in bed.'
