image for Golliwog in window causes race riots!
They're never there when you need them!

A Golliwog hanging in a window in Birmingham has caused race riots in the area. The owner of the stuffed puppet is an innocent ex-Black & White Minstrel fan called Simon. He only wanted to show his appreciation of the show from yesteryear by hanging his life-long souvenier, personally signed by one of the cast of the show, in the window.

Many coloured immigrants living in the area found the Golliwog offensive and started throwing bricks through Simon's window. The police came and then they started throwing bricks at them too. The riots spread up the road with many "Hoodies" joining in, looting and pillaging the local newsagents, dry-cleaners, Indian restaurants and charity shops.

Simon was taken to court accused of being a racist, he apologised and was set free. The Golliwog was given to Noddy and Big Ears (who are not Gay, no gay right riots please) who burnt the Golliwog on a stake, KKK style, so nobody would ever see him again.

When Simon returned home his house had been burnt out, his dog poisoned, his cat strung up on a tree and racist insults were painted all over his flowery wallpaper.

The BBC have also destroyed all evidence of ever having anything to do with the popular show and out of respect to all coloured Brits who have never ever seen the show or heard of it they've invited Al Jolson out of his grave to do a rendition of his mega-hit; Swanee!

The times have certainly changed in multi-culti Britain!

Make Jaggedone's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
