image for Ice hockey Hooligans in Vancouver go on riot as one said to the other "PUK you Canadian pussies"!
It was all his fault a giant Leprechaun screaming "PUK YOU!"

Vancouver, Canada: In an unusual outbreak of hooligan violence downtown Vancouver was turned into a war-zone as rivalling icehockey fans imitating infamous British soccer hooligans, smashed up everything in sight including themselves.

The reason for the altercations was: The Vancouver Canucks lost to US rivals the Boston Bruins in the Stanley Cup. After the game frustrations were running high and in a Vancouver Irish pub rival fans were swallowing their joy and sorrow together.

It's well known that many Boston/Irish are icehockey fans and obviously bee-lined for the pub which local Vancouver fans frequented also.

One huge 7 foot tall and built like a tank Boston fan yelled across the room in a drunken haze; "PUK you Canadians you're just a bunch of pussies!" He was actually misunderstood because of his strong Irish accent and the booze, here is what he meant to shout; "fuck you Canadians you're just a bunch of pussies, begora?"

All hell broke out as the marauding fans spilled out onto the streets and kicked the shit out of everything in their way, including a passing Canadian pussy, miaouw?

The police contained many Boston hooligans, but after realising they couldn't understand a word they were saying decided to ease international feeling by sending them back home; a Ryan Air plane full of them has just landed in Dublin?

Make Jaggedone's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)
