Manchester United's brothers Rafael and Fabio da Silva have taken out a super injunction ordering the news media to report something about them before the end of the close season other than the fact that they're twins.
Their agent Eduardo Benitez explained why the former Fluminense full backs had taken such a controversial decision :
"My clients feel aggrieved that most of the rest of the first team squad at Old Trafford have appeared in the papers and on the news since the end of last season.
"Scholesie's retired, Rio's made up with Capello, Giggsie seems to have been at it again, Owen's signed a new contract, Berb's probably away, Wayne's got himself a syrup...the list goes on".
And yet, not a peep about either Fabio or Rafael so says Benitez. He firmly believes that neither of them would have been mentioned at all last season if it hadn't been for the 'T' word.
It's understood that the twins would be happy with any mention, even if it was only to report that they had been to the shops and bought matching underwear or that they were disappointed that Antonio Popeye hadn't got through to the final of Britain's Got Talent.
Benitez finished by bemoaning the fact that "this blatant lack of publicity could severely affect my clients' sellability factor when their contracts come to an end".
