'It's the pits': Vettel's Existential Angst drives Horner Mad...

[Monaco] Reigning World Champion Sebastian Vettel has stunned the Formula 1 community by walking away from the sport saying 'What's the point?'.

Touted by many knowledgeable pundits as 'Schumacher but with a sense of humour', Vettel, at just 23 the youngest ever World Champion, was set to dominate the high-speed highly-paid glamour sport for the next generation.

"I'm just going round in circles" said Vettel to BBC Radio 5Live commentator David Croft. "Round and round and round. What's the point?"

Red Bull F1 Team chief Christian Horner said "We're still in shock. I don't know what to say. Seb just got out of the car after second practice, tossed his helmet on the pit floor, shook his head and walked out."

What's it all about, Bernie...?

"Actually," the current world championship team supremo confided, "when you come to think about it, he's got a point. What IS it all about... eh?"
