image for Lennon's Microphones Up For Sale

The microphones Neil Lennon first used to announce his beliefs in a Celtic conspiracy are to be auctioned for charity.

The whole of season 2011/11 has been punctuated by the Celtic manager's rants against the Scottish Football Association, journalists, managers and the woman down the road at Number 25 for their participation in a global conspiracy against the Parkhead club.

The first evidence of Lennon's paranoia surfaced at the start of the season in a press conference on August 11th and the microphones from which he articulated his misconceptions have been saved and put up for auction this week - all proceeds are to go to SAMH, the Scottish Association for Mental Health.

Other items up for grabs include Lennon's dvd of "Dumbo", where he got the idea for the hands behind the ears gesture at Ibrox last week, as well as his PO Box number which he isn't using anymore.

Make grimbo's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
