Blackpool boss Ian Holloway has fired a broadside at his board by once again drawing attention to the lack of funds made available to him for this season's campaign.
Its long been an open secret that the Seasiders' budget is the lowest in the Premiership and it was revealed earlier this year that the players have to wash their own strips after every game.
Things are even worse according to Holloway :
"Its hard enough to keep the club in the Premiership without going around with my hands tied behind my back.
"We can't even carry out a proper analysis of every game as we don't even have the video technology that every other Premiership side seems to have access to.
"Our old Betamax video player packed up months ago so we have to make do with studying still photographs of the game . The first team coach fans the photos in front of the players and management and we have to try and analyse the game that way.
"It's a joke".
