The air was turned blue in England's final warm up game in South Africa after Wayne Rooney was booked for abusive language towards the referee.
Rooney, the potato headed mentalist, turned on referee Jeff Selogilwe during England's unconvincing 3-0 win over the Platinum Stars team, in a game that was less competitive than the pub game played at Old Trafford in aid of UNISEF on Sunday. When asked about his language after the game, Rooney is reported to have said "I dunno what the f**ker is on about, I was just f**king telling him that he was f**king wrong and that his decisions were s**t"
Injured England captain and merk merchant Rio Ferdinard stated "I don't see Wazza (Rooney) having a problem disciplinary-wise at the World Cup at all, I'm sure he's said a lot worse to other referees in Premier League games". A statement which has lead commentators to comment why would a 31 year old man call another man "Wazza".
Ex-referee and media whore Graham Poll has blasted Selogilwe for being a thin skinned foreigner "You should have heard what he used to call me and I never complained, it's an honour to be sworn at by an overpaid prim Dona. If he thinks that was bad he should hand out three yellow cards to one player and then see what they say to him".
