Chelsea boss, Carlo Ancelotti, raised eyebrows recently, revealing that he is actually a fan of his rivals.
The Italian supremo was being quizzed on his tactics, for his side's upcoming title decider against Manchester United, and when asked what he thought of the Red Devils, he said this: "Manchester is a club I have great respect for. I am a huge admirer of Ferguson's work, and would love to be privileged enough to one day play a part in the club's continuing success.."
Praise of one's colleagues in itself is not newsworthy, but such gushing appraisals will surely lead to aspersions being cast upon his commitment to the Stamford Bridge hotseat.
Sir Alex Ferguson was dismissive of these words, instead focussing on the match, this Saturday. However, a summer switch for Ancelotti is now looking likely.
